The 2013 Henri Giraud Grand Cru d'Ay Blanc de Blancs is a testament to the exquisite craftsmanship of Claude Giraud. This Champagne, hailing from the prestigious Blanc de Blancs appellation, is a sparkling gem that exudes complexity and traditional elegance. With a toasty bouquet complemented by vibrant citrus notes and a distinct mineral undertone, it promises a sensory journey like no other. The palate is greeted with a harmonious balance of acidity and a creamy texture, leading to a long, satisfying finish. Perfectly suited for special occasions, this Champagne is best enjoyed after a brief decanting period of 30 minutes and pairs wonderfully with fresh oysters, grilled seafood, creamy cheeses, or light poultry dishes.
The box for the Blanc de Blancs is made of solid oak from the Argonne forest and assembled by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France Carpenter/woodworker (MOF) this is the highest distinction to be given directly to a Craftsman by the french government to recognise the excellence in their Craft.
