Profile
La Negly Astérides Rouge is a blend of predominantly Syrah, supplemented with small amounts of Cinsault and Carignan. Vineyards are characterised by clay limestone soils, facing south towards the sea.
Aged on fine lees for six months; the Syrah in 50 Hectoliter wooden vats, the Cinsault and Carignan in concrete vats.
