    Palate Profile

    Louis Jadot's Beaujolais-Village wine is rich, juicy well rounded, and expressive with stark acidity, good balance and easy tannins. The lithe palate offers tangy red currant, cherry, strawberry, plum, and blackberry flavors, with a touch of grey pepper and an earthy licorice note. It invites food pairing such as with Terrines, Charcuteries, or Grilled red meat. 

    Critic Awards

    This is a good, hearty and muscular Beaujolais that would pair with grilled vegetables and meats. This wine has a nose of black plum, rose hip, strawberry and blossom. On the palate the wine is firm with red and black fruit predominating.
