Palate Profile

In the glass, Mercurey vieilles vignes has a sparkling ruby red color. The nose is very expressive, with mainly the scent of fresh, red fruits such as cherry and strawberry. The attack is round, well structured and with nice tannins. In the taste you will again find a lot of fresh red fruit combined with a hint of sweet herbs and some smokiness. A fine wine with a lot of concentration and very harmonious and a perfect and a very good price for this level Burgundy coming from the Mercurey appellation.
